The CelebrationHow and when do I RSVP?
You can RSVP right here on this website — look for the RSVP button on the home or event page. Please send your acceptance or regrets by September 12, 2026.
What will the weather be like?
A little breezy with a chance of rain — a typical October fall day. The event is outside in the backyard with a fire going and good food cooking, so check the forecast a few days ahead and dress accordingly.
Can I park at the venue?
Yes, there's plenty of parking. If the street looks full, park at Wilhelmina Park and walk over — it's only about a 3-minute walk, we promise.
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! When you RSVP for your family, just include them in your headcount so we can plan an accurate count.
When should I get there?
It's a rolling event from 4 to 10 PM — feel free to come and go as you please within that window.
Will there be food?
Honestly, the most important question. Yes — light cookout and BBQ food, served buffet-style throughout the day.
Will alcohol be served?
It's BYOB. If you'd like to drink, please bring your own cookout beverages.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Yes! Just include their headcount in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
What should I wear?
Casual! We recommend layers for the fall weather.

Can I take pictures?
Please do — take as many as you can! There's a shared album linked in the Almanac where you can upload them. Note that everyone can view the album at any time.

We're registered through Zola, which also includes Amazon and Crate & Barrel. See the Registry page for all the links.
Do I really have to RSVP? Can't I just tell you?
Yes — please use the RSVP link rather than telling us in person or by text. For our sanity, it's far easier than sorting through many forms of communication.
What if something changes after I've RSVP'd?
We understand things come up. Just email us right away at alexesntony@gmail.com so we can update your RSVP.
Who do I call if I get lost the day of?
Call Travis Huddleston at (740) 243-3378 or Tiyanna Wall at (513) 394-9215 — though Google Maps or Waze is your best bet.
Can I take home centerpieces or decorations?
No — some of the decorations are being reused for the ceremony in March. Please head home with a full belly and amazing memories instead.
